Focus more on Joyful Moments
It's easy to want to think about positive things, but applying it can be hard.
Remember, you want to focus your mind on these thoughts:
When you are struggling to focus on those thoughts, think about a moment that was filled with joy for you. For instance, the day you got married, your child was born, you got a puppy, accepted to college, or whatever it is and focus on what you felt that day. Remember the brain does not know the difference between the past, present, or future. Therefore, when you make that past joyful memory a focus of your now, you will feel the same joy you felt then, now.
